RCTCBC - Ceri-Ann Sheen - Employment Routes Co-ordinator

We first started working with Rubicon Training Ltd back in May 2014. Over the past 6 years I have found it very refreshing to work with a training provider who can also provide work placements and employability routes through their sister company Rubicon Facilities Management Ltd.

 

The Rubicon management team have a strong understanding of the processes within funding streams and outcomes attached to the spending, which has always led to their careful selection process for the course with employment in the forefront of their minds.  Before any course starts we hold an interview and selection day to ensure this process is maintained to the highest standard.

 

In the past 6 years we have run a wide range of courses from hospitality, security courses, first aid, sales and employability. With all courses receiving a tailored approach introducing more employability sections including work experience/work placements. If Rubicon FM ltd was not the employer involved with the end result they have worked with my department to include other sector specific employers to build a complete course.
