NHS Conflict Resolution

As you may be aware, violence in the workplace is on the increase. It is estimated that on an annual basis within the NHS alone, there are some 95,000 violent incidents

Day 1 – Understanding conflict, managing conflict before it happens. 

Day 2 – Conflict Resolution to Care/NHS Staff – Hands on teaching session.

This course meets the NHS Protect National Guide Lines and is certificated through NOCN.

All participants will complete a work book to support the course with learning material.

This workshop is currently been taught through out the country at various Care sector Establishments.

Workshops can be tailored to meet your needs to cause the minimum disruption to your service, can be held at your own site or one of our venues and can accommodate from 6 to 25 people.

Our Senior Trainer Andy McCormack has a Military and Civilian Police Service background, a Certificate in Education and various other training qualifications. He is also qualified in Suzy Lamplugh training techniques, a graduate member of the ICM (Institute of Conflict Management) , NHS Trust training provider, accredited NHS Protect nee CFSMS (Counter Fraud and Security Management Services), Skills for Security qualified, an accredited trainer and examination invigilator NCFE (National Council for Further Education) and a NVQ Assessor. In addition to this he is a 7th Dan black belt instructor, currently the highest grade in Great Britain, in Taiho Jutsu and also recognised in the Martial Arts Hall of Fame for his achievements within the art http://www.uktja.co.uk.
